Self-Pay Patients
$300 initial consultation · $150 follow-up
Schedule directly with our practice. Self-pay rates are $300 for an initial consultation and $150 for follow-up appointments. Superbills are available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. No benefits check is needed, so you can book without waiting on insurance.

What to expect
No mystery, no runaround.
A first appointment that is not rushed
Sixty minutes to go through your history, what you have already tried, and what you want to be different. You leave with a plan, not a prescription and a handshake.
Follow-ups that actually follow up
Thirty minutes, as often as your care needs and no more. We adjust based on what is working rather than waiting for the next three-month slot.
In person or by telehealth
Our office is in Newport Beach, and secure video visits are available anywhere in California. You can switch between them as life requires.
Coordinated with your care team
With your consent we work alongside your therapist and primary care physician, so your care is one plan rather than three opinions.
