Self-pay

Flat rates, no insurance involvement, and no prior authorization delays: $300 for the first appointment and $150 per follow-up. A superbill is available on request if you want to seek out-of-network reimbursement yourself.

  • First appointment — $300
  • Follow-up — $150

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, self-pay patients are entitled to a written estimate of expected charges before care begins. We provide one automatically — just ask if you would like it sooner.

What to expect

No mystery, no runaround.

A first appointment that is not rushed

Sixty minutes to go through your history, what you have already tried, and what you want to be different. You leave with a plan, not a prescription and a handshake.

Follow-ups that actually follow up

Thirty minutes, as often as your care needs and no more. We adjust based on what is working rather than waiting for the next three-month slot.

In person or by telehealth

Our office is in Newport Beach, and secure video visits are available anywhere in California. You can switch between them as life requires.

Coordinated with your care team

With your consent we work alongside your therapist and primary care physician, so your care is one plan rather than three opinions.
